Yes, they are available. Both the 10 and 12-person holiday homes have two bedrooms on the ground floor. This is ideal for people with reduced mobility. 

 

🧖♀ Do all group accommodations have a sauna?

The 10-person holiday homes have a sauna or an infrared cabin. It is possible to reserve them through a paid preference. The 12-person holiday homes do not have this extra facility.
